At Feather & Find, we prioritize your satisfaction and the environment. Our shipping process includes a complimentary fit check to ensure the best fit and experience for our customers. Here’s what you can expect:

Complimentary Fit Check Process

• Upon placing an order, each customer will receive an email requesting measurements for bust, waist, hips, and height.
• We verify these measurements to ensure the selected size is perfect for you.

Sustainability Commitment

• As a sustainable brand, we strive to minimize our environmental impact while ensuring you receive garments that fit perfectly.

Returns and Exchanges

• We do not accept returns; however, exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your garments.
• Garments must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all labels attached.
• The shipping cost for the original garment is non-refundable.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

• Please email office@featherandfind.com to advise that you wish to exchange your garment.
• We will then provide an address close to you to send your garment to and then we will provide a credit that you can use towards your exchange garment.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are $38 per garment.
• Free shipping is offered if you retain the garment or if your order exceeds $200.

Delivery and Tracking

• All packages are sent via express delivery.
• Tracking information will be provided once your item has been shipped.
