The style is made from lightweight printed voile and starts its journey with a ruffled mandarin style neck with a deep V in the neckline that can be tied in a bow, The waist is cinched with a comfortable adjustable elastic and flows in ruffles to mid length. Sleeves have a slight bell and comfortable elastic.
