This artful Liberty Smock design is an abbreviation on the Babylon top which was super popular. Made in Bali this dress is cut from floaty lightweight voile and printed with a STARSEED FLOWER. The bodice has a pleated panel and falls to a gentle ruffle. The back has a cut out but the top panel covers the bra strap and is cut out at the delicate arch of the back and fall with a gentle loose elastic waist. The maxi length will look great with boots or sandals.
